Former England star David James has pushed Sadio Mane to quit Liverpool and join a bigger club.
After winning several titles with Liverpool, James believes it is time for Mane to move to a different country.
Mane, 30, has been heavily linked with a transfer away from Liverpool this summer in recent days.
According to rumours, the 30-year-old will join Bundesliga champion Bayern Munich.
Mane’s current Liverpool deal expires in just over a year, and reports suggest that the former Southampton midfielder will command a sum of more than £30 million this summer.

He has played a major role in Liverpool’s recent success, scoring 23 goals and providing five assists in 51 games.
“This is a person who has won so much and done so well with Liverpool,” James said to GGRecon. I have a very positive perspective on him. This is a guy who has been around a bit in his career, so the concept of him going to another country makes sense.”
“Having just turned 30, he is sort of at the pinnacle of his powers,” he continued. He has won a lot of titles with Liverpool, including two this season, as well as qualifying for the World Cup and winning the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal, which was one of his main goals.”
“For any performer, you’d ask where is my best opportunity to make the next move, and I’d argue that now is that time for Mane.” It’s not that Liverpool isn’t a good city. “I don’t believe many people would object.”
