Real Madrid and Manchester United have agreed to the transfer of Brazilian midfielder Casemiro, according to an announcement from Manchester United.

This was revealed by United in a statement posted on their website on Friday.

“They are pleased to announce that the team and Real Madrid have reached a transfer agreement for Casemiro.

The transfer is contingent upon meeting the personal terms, UK visa requirements, and medical requirements.

“Casemiro has participated in more than 500 professional games, including 63 for his native Brazil at the international level. In his illustrious career, he has won 17 significant awards, including five Champions League championships and the Copa America.

“We are all excited to have Casemiro at Old Trafford.”

Cristiano Ronaldo, Raphael Varane, and Casemiro will all be teammates at United again after leaving Real Madrid.
