According to Napoli manager Luciano Spalletti, Victor Osimhen will play in Wednesday’s (today) UEFA Champions League match against Ajax.
Osimhen was injured in Napoli’s UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool on September 8.
Following the setback, the Nigerian international has missed Napoli’s last six games in all competitions.
For the first time since he suffered the injury on Monday, the 23-year-old participated in team training.
Prior to the Champions League match, Spalletti affirmed that the striker and is in good shape.

Victor’s talent makes him a strength for our team. He is producing good work and is prepared to contribute, Spalletti said during a press conference on Tuesday.
